The Arc of Central Alabama is an organization that provides a full range of services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc is looking for an initiative-taking, technology savvy, meticulous individual to join our Employment Services team. They will provide administrative support for employment, transition, and career programming, and will have a broad and varied role, with tasks being allocated by multiple people at a variety of levels across the division. - Reviews and approves entries in our Electronic Data System.
- Compile and email multiple daily reports to leadership
- Assist with basic assurance reports.
- Assist with documentation/forms for clinical services
- Assist with Personal Outcome Measures (POM) data collection Quality assurance.
- Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software Suite.
- Strong computer skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative within the scope of work.
- Manages time efficiently and prioritizes tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership orally and in writing.

- 3 year(s) of administrative experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Associate, BS, or BA degree in business, office administration, or a related field is preferred
