A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an amazing professional who wants to empower others through quality care.
A dedicated professional who works closely with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and Autism (IDD/A). DSPs play a vital role in supporting people to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. They provide assistance both at home and in the community, helping individuals become active, engaged, and integrated into their community.

PT or Flex - Days, Evenings and Weekends are available-The Arc's scheduling coordinator works around your schedule and your availability to work. Part-Time applicants share 16 hours of availability to work including some weekend hours, and "flex" applicants can expect to find an opportunity that allows them to create a rotating schedule to meet their needs!
