The Arc is looking for an employee who will join a great team to support agency-wide maintenance needs.
The General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at The Arc's properties, including residential community homes and the main office. This position will ensure the safe, functional, and compliant operation of all assigned facilities by adhering to The Arc's policies and procedures.
The technician will perform hands-on upkeep and identify issues that require attention, ensuring that all repairs are completed in accordance with relevant regulations and best practices, with thoughtful consideration of individual preferences and accessibility standards. The overall goal of this position is to ensure upkeep and maintenance occur in a manner that supports and enhances The Arc's mission, vision, and core values.
