WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

As the Maintenance Team Leader at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe. Expect to develop and manage work schedules for your team, prioritizing tasks that enhance the user experience. You'll promote a culture of safety and efficiency as you troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs.

Daily responsibilities may include conducting inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and training team members on best practices. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday during day shift hours, but you'll enjoy flexibility to adapt to project demands. Be prepared to engage with team members and community partners, using your problem-solving skills to create effective solutions for any challenges that arise.

This role will be both dynamic and rewarding, allowing you to lead with empathy and support the needs of our organization.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

To succeed as a Maintenance Team Leader at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
