The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is hiring a full time Case Manager to work out of our Center for Industrial Training facility in Mechanicsburg.
Responsibilities
The Case Manager actively engages trainees and their teams and will monitor the trainee's progress in meeting their employment goals. This team member is responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of assessments, quarterly reviews, goal plans and other related paperwork. The Vocational Program Specialist serves as an as an advocate for trainees, assuring they are receiving necessary services and maximum benefits from the program. The position has a caseload of up to 45 adults with various disabilities.
Hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, holidays or on call responsibilities.

Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in a human services field plus one year working with a disabled population; or, Associates degree in a human services field with three years of experience (Includes volunteer experience and college internships).
