What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at The Arc of Davidson County?
Oversee all aspects of a day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure person-centered approach, developing curriculum around each person’s wishes. Supervise Direct Support Professionals within the program in conjunction with the Qualified Professional. Minimum of Associates Degree, preferred Bachelors Degree. Experience with the population as well as supervision experience required. No phone calls.
