Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Department: Community Supports
Schedule: 30-33 hours per week (flexible, with potential for additional billable hours)
Salary: $15.00/hour

- Person-Centered Support: Empower individuals by assisting with daily living activities, personal development, and community engagement.
- Community Integration: Lead fun and meaningful outings, volunteer activities, and social events that enrich the lives of those we serve.
- Skill Building: Facilitate day program activities that promote personal growth and independence.
- Advocacy: Be a champion for the rights and preferences of individuals, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- Health and Safety: Provide a safe, nurturing environment and respond to the needs of those in your care.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families, team members, and the community.
- Reliable and Flexible: Access to a safe vehicle for transportation, willingness to work nonstandard hours, and adaptability to various settings.
- Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and previous DSP experience preferred but not required.
