Salary: $21-$23/hour
Position Summary
The Manager of Community Job Link is responsible for supervising a team of Employment Specialists and Job Coaches and ensuring the effective delivery of employment support services to individuals with disabilities. This position provides leadership, coordination, coaching, and accountability to ensure person-centered planning, community integration, and meaningful employment outcomes. The manager serves as a liaison with external partners, including Vocational Rehabilitation, schools, employers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise, support, and evaluate Employment Specialists and Job Coaches.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance in best practices in employment services.
- Monitor caseloads and ensure service delivery aligns with agency mission and goals.
Program Coordination and Quality Assurance
- Oversee the implementation of Discovery, job development, and job coaching practices.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, agency policies, and funding source requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance standards through regular documentation review, observations, and audits.
Community and Employer Engagement
- Cultivate relationships with employers, schools, and referral sources.
- Provide consultation to employers on inclusive hiring practices, job restructuring, and natural supports.
- Represent the agency in community outreach, career fairs, and partnership development.
Planning and Strategic Development
- Track and analyze performance data and outcomes to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and expansion.
- Assist in writing and implementing policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, and training programs.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation, billing, and reports.
- Address customer concerns and implement service improvements.
- Coordinate schedules, staff coverage, and caseload distribution.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of supported and customized employment models.
- Knowledge of disability rights, employment law, and community resources.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff through constructive feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in digital documentation systems and standard office software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human services, Rehabilitation, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three years working with individuals with disabilities.
- At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and safe driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- CPR/First Aid and de-escalation training (or desire to obtain).
