Position: Team Associate
Department: MetroNet
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: $8.73/hour

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing internet equipment, ensuring it is cleaned, organized, and ready for shipment.

What You'll Do:
- Equipment Preparation: Clean, inspect, and organize internet equipment such as modems and routers.
- Quality Control: Ensure all items meet company standards before packaging.
- Packaging & Shipment: Securely package equipment for distribution.
- Workplace Safety: Follow all operational and safety procedures.
- Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team to meet production standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure equipment is cleaned and packaged correctly.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is reliable and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- No formal education required - previous warehouse, cleaning, or packaging experience is a plus but not required.
