What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Program Aide position at The Arc of Greater Boone County?
The Summer Program Aide is a seasonal position, working end of May through the end of July. The Aide will be working with high school students at internship sites. The Aide will be responsible for transportation of students, supervising students at the job sites, assisting the students with learning the jobs, helping the students stay on task, model proper work behavior, and being point-of-contact with the internship site supervisors. The Aides will work 8-hour shifts, three or four days a week.
