Job Overview

The Janitorial Supervisor oversees and works alongside all janitorial operations at ArcGNO and its facilities including supervising all janitorial staff. They are responsible for creating a schedule for janitorial services at all ArcGNO locations. They are responsible for maintaining supply levels and performing daily checks for the quality of services rendered.

Essential Job Functions

• Plans and manages the day-to-day janitorial duties that must be completed

• Emptying trash receptacles, removing debris, wiping down/dusting offices, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming all carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping

• Responsible for traveling to all locations and performing janitorial duties

• Ensures that all work meets quality control standards across all locations of ArcGNO

• Assures compliance with all applicable OSHA and Department Labor Standards

• Ability to work at a consistent pace and monitor others while working

• Ability to work in a team environment and manage a team

• May be required to perform other non-specified duties

Required Qualifications

• Prior janitorial experience

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred

• Reliable transportation, a valid Louisiana driver’s license, and valid auto insurance
