This position will be part-time and reports directly to the Executive Director, with duties to include but are not limited to the list below:
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with the Board and Executive Director to determine the mission, purpose, and priorities of the organization.
- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Fundraising Plan.
- Set annual monetary goals and budgets, according to short and long-term goals.
- Establish fundraising objectives for the organization, setting one year, five year, and implement projected longer-term goals planning strategies.
- Maintain a list of potential financial donors including corporations, foundations, and individuals.
- Produce relevant and informative fundraising literature for distribution to previous donors and the public.
- Research potential sources of grants and apply for grants and public funding.
- Oversee the fundraising process and platform and maintain records of receipts and disbursements of funds.
- Analyze fundraising data and present it to the Executive Director and the board.
- Work with the Board to plan fundraising events that effectively communicate the purposes of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Fundraising, Non-profit administration or related field requires
- At minimum 2 years of proven experience in fundraising for a non-profit organization is preferred.
