What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trust Receptionist position at The Arc of Indiana Master Trust?
The Arc of Indiana Master Trust is seeking a trust receptionist to join the trust team. The Arc of Indiana is a state-wide, not-for-profit association that advocates for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. The Arc Master Trust is Indiana’s leading special needs trust, serving people of all disabilities, people with mental illness, and people 65 .
The trust account manager reports to the Chief Trust Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming trust calls and assist the caller, if it is appropriate. If not, then transfer to the appropriate staff person within the trust department.
· Keep track of trust publications and printing needs and coordinate with the chief trust officer and The Arc’s front office manager on ordering those items.
· Relieve front office manager as required.
· Assist with the mailings of the trust department as needed.
· Assist with general administrative duties of the department as needed.
· Special projects as assigned.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Prior customer service experience a plus
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience in the disability community a plus
