What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Career Preparation Specialist II FT position at The Arc of Monroe?
The Culinary Career Preparation Specialist II supports people in achieving their employment/volunteer aspirations by ensuring services are individualized and matched to each person. The CCPS II also assists with the development, implementation and coordination of schedules, curriculum development, internships, and quality assurance. The CCPS II demonstrates a solid commitment to transition planning and employment outcomes and plays a significant role in preparing people supported for successful employment outcomes.
Minimum Education & Expérience
Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in a human services, vocational or employment setting preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure/Certification
- Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) preferred.
- Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.
- Must maintain current required certifications as designated by the agency or specific to employment service provision
