The Account Coordinator at ArcWorks responsible for managing current customers, supporting the sales team and facilitating the customer journey through effective communications, all while working primarily from an office setting, to drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and customer service teams by managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment within the manufacturing environment.
Minimum Education & Experience
2-4 years of experience in manufacturing clerical support and admin. Strong communication skills. A proven record of providing excellent customer service. Experience in an ISO environment desired. Experience in manufacturing enterprise software is highly desired. Lean manufacturing, 5s, process development desired. Experience in OSHA and safety regulations; emergency evacuations drill preferred. Additional education, such as an associate or bachelor's degree, especially in a business-related field is preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Valid NYS Driver's License. The availability of insured personal vehicles to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.
