Provides high-level oversight and support to Job Path services by monitoring, developing and implementing quality assurance standards and program systems and processes to all aspects of the program.

Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelors’ degree in human services or related field preferred, plus one year of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills
- Basic Outlook skills as evidenced by creating and sending messages, working with address books, message handling, creating and using personal folders, scheduling appointments, working with meeting requests and managing tasks.
- Basic Microsoft Word skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and charts; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open and organize electronic files.
- Basic Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create simple formulas, insert and delete data, create and edit charts, filter and sort lists, and format data.
- Experience with BPC/Certification desirable.
- Basic knowledge of OPWDD and justice center regulations and practices, or ability to learn these in a reasonable timeframe is helpful.
- Ability to identify true problem vs. the presenting problem.
