Position Description
We are looking to hire a Clinical Support Specialist to join Brunswick Center. This role is intended to support nursing services at our day program in Brunswick, with a focus on medication administration and management of health related documentation. Works closely with program's Licensed Practical Nurse and reports to our Director of Nursing.
This position will maintain medical files or individuals within the program along with assuring accuracy of medication administration and routine compliance checks. This position helps with the communication of the health needs among the relevant parties such as families, teams and medical providers regarding the individuals nursing plan of care and health related needs.
Education/Experience
Associates degree in a human services or related field from accredited college and at lease one-year experience
Pay Rate: $17.41hrly
