We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Without Walls day programs, including Riverside Community Supports and the Community Inclusion Project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and three years of supervisory experience in a related field. A valid New York State driver’s license and a good driving record are essential.
In this role, you will oversee both full and part-time staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to participants. Key responsibilities include coordinating program operations, providing direct assistance to individuals as needed, and collaborating with the Senior Coordinator to assess service outcomes. You will ensure that activities are tailored to meet the needs of participants.
Your responsibilities will also involve:
- Conducting regular staff meetings to prioritize tasks, assign roles, and address challenges.
- Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to maintain performance standards, conducting staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Managing resources effectively, including vehicles and budgets, while ensuring compliance with documentation and billing processes.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives by gathering data, soliciting participant feedback, and training staff on best practices.
- Overseeing community classes and volunteer opportunities, liaising with external organizations to enhance program offerings.
