About the Role:
We are hiring a Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities in a day center setting. In this role, you’ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.
The page range for the position is: $20.00 to $20.50
The schedule is: M-F, 8:30am-3:00pm

A typical day will include:
- Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills
- Assisting with daily needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Leading engaging group and individual activities
- Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
We’d love it if you:
- Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role
