Overnight Residential Specialist:
The Arc of San Diego, the largest and most comprehensive provider of services to children and adults with disabilities in San Diego County, is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our diverse team. About the Role:
As an Overnight Residential Specialist, you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you’ll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day.
Schedule: Thurs- Sat 11pm-7am
Pay: The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 per hour.

A typical night will include:
- Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications).
- Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day.
- Document observations and report any concerns to the team.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
- A passion for making a difference—even at night!

- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
