We support adult men and women living in their own homes with the freedom to work, socialize, and recreate as they wish. Supported individuals in our program enjoy the best life has to offer AND more importantly professional staff (YOU!)who are fully qualified to support their needs.

We are currently looking to fill part-time and full-time Day shift (6AM-2 PM )and Swing shifts (2-10 PM) flexibility is key, a weekend day is required.

Locations: Northtown mall area, NE community center area, Chief Garry neighborhood

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass required fingerprint background checks.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to attend and complete all required trainings within assigned timeline.

Compensation: $20.75-$22.83*. DOE starting range, entire scale to $26.98per hour, Non-exempt, Full-time 40 hours per week, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 13 Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick, Personal Leave.

• 
  All pay is based on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus, the starting pay for this position is $20.75 per hour.

A structured hiring bonus is offered to new staff as follows:

• $250.00 the pay date after 30 days of successful employment
• $500.00 the pay date after 90 days of successful employment
• $1000.00 the pay date after 120 days of successful employment and the completion of all required trainings
