JOB SUMMARY
· To provide continuous coverage for front desk telephone.
· To provide receptionist assistance and support to all Directors and Managers.
· To coordinate information between departments.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of one (1) year experience as a secretary or in a relevant field.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Handle all incoming phone calls and routing of calls; taking messages and paging.
· Handle routine correspondence, forms, and mail.
· Greet all visitors to Arc EC and direct them to the appropriate department.
· Perform duties associated with Idemia Fingerprints.
· Provide information to individuals regarding service inquiries and/or direct to appropriate service manager.
· Assist with logging documents and filing documents in Central Records.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Must be able to successfully pass the background screenings, to include Children and Family, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Local Criminal and Motor Vehicle and drug screening.
· Must be punctual for all shifts, appointments and meetings.
· Must maintain excellent attendance.
· Must possess excellent verbal communication skills.
· Must maintain productive working relationships and teamwork with agency staff and outside stakeholders.
