Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and implement tailored, evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with a team of behavior analysts, therapists, educators, and medical providers
- Deliver results and recommendations compassionately and clearly to families and caregivers
- Participate in early intervention programs, as well as individual, family, and group therapies
What You Bring
- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program, with a valid or eligible Missouri license
- At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology (experience with developmental disabilities is a plus)
- Proficiency with ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R preferred
- Empathy, effective communication skills, and a dedication to inclusivity and diversity
