Position Description:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Residential Staffing Coordinator, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residential care programs.
The Residential Staffing Coordinator provides essential scheduling and technical support to ensure seamless operations within the department. This position involves performing a variety of tasks that are both routine and advanced, requiring a mix of clerical, technical, and paraprofessional skills. You’ll work closely with team members to maintain efficient processes and deliver excellent support.
- Full-time hourly (non-exempt) position
- Typical work schedule is M-F 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, HOWEVER, this position is also required to fill in as direct care staff in the houses, which may occasionally require working outside these stated hours.
- Pay $19.42 per hour
Position Requirements:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer software programs.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the U.S. for at least two (2) years, not counting time on a learner’s permit, with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings which include: a background check, drug screening, physical/ergonomic testing, and a math & reading comprehension test.
- Physically fit to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure the health and safety of the persons served.
