Development Coordinator- Full-time
The Arc of York & Adams Counties is hiring a full-time Development Coordinator to assist the Development team of The Arc in planning and implementing all fundraising and special event activities, as well as community relations, in Adams County. The position will work out of our Gettysburg office.
Hours will be Monday through Friday during business office hours that are 8 AM-4 PM, 37.5 hours per week however some evenings and weekends are required.
The Development Coordinator's responsibilities include :
- Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of fundraising events assigned
- Assist with all fundraising activities.
- Maintain and manage development databases
- Record and acknowledge contributions to The Arc of York and Adams Counties
- Attend assigned Development committee and subcommittee meetings
- Assist the Development Department in the acquisition of sponsorships and major gifts
- Assist as needed for third-party events and fundraisers
- Attend any organization-related community relations activity as it pertains to or benefits The Arc of York and Adams Counties.
- Assist in grant research and writing
