Coverage Coordinator
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Using established staffing plans, responsible to ensure coverage is secured for each residential home in Oneida County as well as the health and safety of people we support.
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:
Director of Residential Operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree and 1 year experience in working with people who are developmentally disabled, or
- Associates Degree and 3 years experience in working in an OPWDD residential home, or a
- High School Diploma and 5 years experience in working in an OPWDD residential home.
- At least one year experience in scheduling.
- Must be proficient in Deputy time and attendance application.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to effectively communicate via multiple means, such as written, telephone, email and text.
- Ability to travel between sites and meet Agency qualifications to drive Agency vehicles.
- Valid NYS Driver's License
