Are you a dedicated leader? The Arc Southwest Indiana currently has 1 Gold Shift (3rd Shift) and 1 Blue Shift (Day Shift) opening. As a Team Leader, you’ll train and oversee team members, ensure quality, prioritize safety, and enjoy the following benefits:
