3rd Shift Differential of $1.00
The Arc Southwest Indiana has an immediate opening for a Team Leader on Gold Shift (3rd Shift). This position is responsible for training and oversight of all The Arc team members (persons with intellectual / developmental disabilities), required to follow all quality inspection procedures, cross train on all production jobs and follow standardized work.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Essential functions of the job will include:
- Transporting consumers to and from the TMMI plant
- Supervise team members in process
- Collaboration and communication with Toyota and the Group Leader
- Quality check team members’ parts to ensure the highest quality of product
- Following The Arc Southwest Indiana's and TMMI’s safety procedures at all times
- Assist team members with all safety procedures
- Lifting totes and standing for long periods of time
