Work Schedule:
- Part time, up to 25 hours per week.
- Ice Cream Shop hours are Monday through Friday 12 pm to 9 pm.
A Day in the Life of an Ice Cream Shop Shift Leader:
- Responsible for training Ice Cream Shop Associates in all workplace policies and safety procedures
- Immediately addresses all customer concerns
- Promotes and markets the Ice Cream Shop, including assisting with promotional materials and displays
- Learns and manages all menu items for preparation and quality control
- Reviews menus and prices
- Places orders and oversees inventory control
- Reviews plans for production costs and waste reduction
Ice Cream Shop Associate Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work in all areas as needed
