A Day in the Life of a Speech Language Pathologist:
As a Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ) at The Arc Wayne in Newark, NY you will be an integral part in providing Clinical Consultation and Speech Therapy Services for the Article 16 Clinic in Orleans/Genesee County.
- Completing timely and accurate service documentation
- Provide speech therapy services
- Recommend speech communication devices and other related technology
- Notify your supervisor and caregiver of any significant events that occur during therapy
- Interact and support Speech Therapy students completing internships
- Provide clinical consultation to Agency programs
Who We Are Looking For:
You have effective time management and organizations skills to meet deadlines. You're responsible and looking to make a difference in your community. .
You have a New York State ( NYS ) Speech Language Pathologist License and a current, valid New York State Driver License.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm
