What You’ll Do
Provides dedicated support to residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community experience.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Compensation
- Annual Salary Range: $50,000 to $67,000
Responsibilities
- Respond to and address resident concerns and requests, referring to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve resident needs and concerns promptly.
- Support residents in resolving issues, such as apartment decluttering or interpersonal challenges.
- Coordinate orientation programs for new residents joining the community.
- Manage mail delivery for residents transitioning to the Health Care Center, serving as the point of contact with the post office.
- Facilitate apartment move-ins and closings for residents.
- Attend resident meetings (e.g., Advisory Board, Residents’ Association) to stay informed and provide support. Perform other duties as assigned by ACS and its family of companies.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Notary Public Commission or ability to attain Commission.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in Point of Sale Systems.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; push and pull. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to xx pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
