Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, project execution, and workforce management . This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational performance. Project Oversight – Ensure smooth execution of telecommunications and security infrastructure projects, managing workforce deployment, subcontractor coordination, and quality control . Workforce & Resource Management – Oversee staffing, technician deployment, and subcontractor management to meet project deadlines. Process Optimization – Improve workflow processes, operational efficiency, and cost management. Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to Division 27 & 28 regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols . Client & Vendor Relations – Manage relationships with contractors, clients, vendors, and key partners to ensure successful project delivery. Technology & Reporting – Implement and oversee technology solutions, project tracking, and performance reporting . Qualifications ✅ 5 years of operations management experience , preferably in telecommunications, low voltage, or security infrastructure . ✅ Strong background in project management, workforce planning, and logistics . ✅ Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and field technicians . ✅ Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements . ✅ Proven ability to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and manage budgets . ✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
