Engineering Manager

As theEngineering Manager/Office Manager, you will oversee the growth and profitability of the office, while fostering a strong commitment to community involvement. This role provides the chance to work with industry experts on impactful, large-scale projects and contribute to shaping the future of your field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Irvine office operations, ensuring growth and profitability
• Manage and develop a diverse team of engineers, planners, and other professionals
• Ensure the successful execution of projects, from initial planning to completion
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community organizations
• Drive marketing and business development efforts within the region to expand client base
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources, or Public Works
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects and leading teams
• Proven ability to market engineering services in the Irvine area
• Master's degree in City/Regional Planning or a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with a California PE or AICP certification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successful team and client management
• Active participation in professional organizations and leadership roles
