Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Growth Planning
- Develop a long-term financial roadmap to support business expansion in telecom workforce solutions (Division 27 & 28)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue optimization strategies to improve profitability
- Ensure strong financial planning, forecasting, and budget management to align with company goals
- Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and accounts receivable/payable, ensuring financial stability
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client contracts and payment structures are optimized for cash flow efficiency
- Manage pricing models for client contracts, workforce deployment, and service offerings
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Work with external accountants and legal teams to ensure the business operates within regulatory guidelines
- Identify and mitigate financial risks that could impact business operations and growth
- Evaluate options for business funding, investment strategies, and financial partnerships
- Provide guidance on potential financing, M&A opportunities, and capital allocation
- Work with leadership to explore certifications and government contracts that align with company goals
- A financial strategist with experience in consulting, telecom, staffing, or service-based businesses
- Strong experience in financial modeling, cash flow management, and budgeting
- Familiar with scaling businesses and structuring client contracts for profitability
- A proactive leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- 10 years of experience in financial leadership (CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent)
- Experience working with service-based businesses, staffing, or telecom industries (Division 27 & 28 is a plus)
- Proven track record of managing financial operations, budgeting, and risk mitigation
- Strong knowledge of tax strategy, contract structuring, and funding options
- Ability to work in a fractional/part-time capacity with flexible availability
- This is a fractional executive role, structured as a contract position
- Compensation will be hourly, project-based, or equity-based, depending on experience and fit
