Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and connect with companies needing staffing support across our core industries
- Leverage past experience to initiate and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers
- Conduct discovery calls and ongoing check-ins to understand client goals, culture, and timelines
- Act as the client’s main point of contact—owning the relationship from first contact through to successful placements
- Take ownership of open job orders and execute sourcing strategies aligned with client needs
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates with thoughtful write-ups
- Guide both clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process, offering a seamless experience on both sides
- Ensure candidate placements meet client expectations in terms of culture fit, skillset, and timing
- 2 years of experience in a staffing agency environment managing both client relationships and full-cycle recruiting
- A proven ability to build and grow client accounts while delivering consistent talent pipelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-first mindset—clients should see you as a partner, not a vendor
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems
- Ability to operate with autonomy, make decisions, and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment
