Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage land development and public works projects from conception through completion.
- Supervise and guide engineering design teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, public agency personnel, and in-house staff.
- Manage project schedules and budgets while ensuring the successful execution of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work.
- Collaborate with clients and public agencies, providing insights on regulatory issues and technical requirements.
- Perform site assessments, engineering design studies, and constructability reviews.
- Prepare and process regulatory and public improvement plans, supporting both public agencies and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure project compliance with local jurisdictional processes and regulatory standards in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
