Job Description:
Are you a social media pro with a passion for real estate? I’m looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Instagram Account Manager to help grow my real estate brand! You’ll create fun, engaging content with me, experiment with new ideas, and help build a strong social presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Film one day a week with me (property tours, local spots, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
- Editing: Turn footage into eye-catching Instagram Reels and posts.
- Posting & Engagement: Post regularly, craft captions, use hashtags, and interact with followers.
- Strategy: Share fresh ideas and trends to grow the account.
Requirements:
- Social Media Savvy: You know Instagram and what works.
- Creative Skills: Experience filming and editing content (even on your phone).
- Flexible Schedule: 1-2 hours a day, with one day a week dedicated to filming.
- Proactive & Independent: Ability to work on your own and stay on top of deadlines.
- Must be 16 : No professional experience needed
