- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including VRF, VAVs, air conditioning units, boilers, and chiller systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Assist with new HVAC system installations in industrial and commercial buildings.
- Respond to service calls promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Strong knowledge of centrifugal chiller systems.
- Proficiency in compressor teardown and startup processes.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with chilled water hydronic systems, pumps, chillers, and valves.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to interact with customers and clearly explain technical information.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (required).
- Minimum 5 years of centrifugal chiller experience (preferred).
- EPA Type Universal CFC License (required).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
