Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Community Specialist at an Arena Group property, including The Barracks Townhomes, The Harbor at The Barracks, Charleston Mills Luxury Townhomes, and University Heights.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Giving engaging tours of our model homes to prospective residents.
- Turning leasing leads into signed leases through proactive follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Helping execute community events and giveaways.
- Being the go-to contact for residents' questions and concerns.
- Contributing to our Instagram and TikTok presence by creating fun and authentic content.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma/GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.

- No previous leasing experience is required as long as you're eager to learn and humble to receive a lot of feedback at the beginning.
