The Arena Group is a full-service student housing real estate company in College Station, TX. Our passion is using placemaking (strengthening the connection between people and the places they share) to design vibrant and active neighborhoods for college students while delivering exceptional returns to our investors.


Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Community Specialist at an Arena Group property, including The Barracks Townhomes, The Harbor at The Barracks, Charleston Mills Luxury Townhomes, and University Heights.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Giving engaging tours of our model homes to prospective residents.
  • Turning leasing leads into signed leases through proactive follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Helping execute community events and giveaways.
  • Being the go-to contact for residents' questions and concerns.
  • Contributing to our Instagram and TikTok presence by creating fun and authentic content.


We're seeking individuals with:

  • A strong sense of salesmanship and a knack for customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 with a high school diploma/GED.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Available to work at least 20 hours per week.

  • No previous leasing experience is required as long as you're eager to learn and humble to receive a lot of feedback at the beginning.
