The Security Guard secures the building and grounds of a private club and is responsible for the safety and security of club members, guests, and employees.
Requirements : Essential Duties
- Greet employees, vendors, members, or guests who enter the club.
- Patrol buildings and grounds of private club establishment.
- Records data, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and machinery or equipment malfunctioning, for use by supervisory staff.
- Examines doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure.
- Sounds alarm or calls police or fire department in case of fire, difficulty with unauthorized people, or medical emergencies.
- Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of company property
- Warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and reports culprits to management.
- Watches for and reports conditions that could result in injury or loss due to fire hazards, leaking pipes, spills, faulty equipment, etc.
- Maintains on-site security equipment, such as closed-circuit television or online cameras and master key box.
- Monitor the club for service, safety, and well-being of guests. Assist management staff with the investigation of reported incidents.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to lead the management team;
- Complete safety training and certifications as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Other applicable duties as assigned
