The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused per diem Home Health Aide (HHA) - Innovative Home Services to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a HHA:
- Baths
- Oral hygiene
- Shampoos
- Changing bed linen
- Dressing and undressing clients
- Skin care and prevention of skin breakdown
- Toileting activities
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Has a completed a recognized Home Health Aide training program of 40 hours or has passed the IHS Home Health Aide competency test with a passing score.
- Has a current CPR certification.
- Has excellent observation and communication skills.
- Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.
Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
