About the Role
In this role, you’ll oversee critical validation processes that ensure equipment and procedures consistently produce high-quality products. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing operational standards.
As a key collaborator across departments, you’ll take charge of planning, executing, and documenting validation activities while tackling complex challenges with creativity and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage equipment and process qualification schedules to align with organizational timelines.
- Lead multiple validation projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
- Develop, execute, and review complex validation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate validation activities.
- Operate and manage thermal mapping equipment to maintain precise standards.
- Analyze and resolve validation challenges, conducting thorough research as needed.
- Mentor and train junior validation personnel.
- Source and procure supplies and equipment for validation activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on expertise in equipment and process validation, including cleaning processes, mixing, sterile fill, freeze-drying, and sterilization techniques.
