Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and response to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, conditions, and self-care techniques that promote overall wellness
- Oversee and manage our Medical Therapeutics room which collects all blood samples, IV administration and IM injections
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in outpatient setting [preferred but not required]
- Experience in patient communication, phlebotomy, IV insertion, precertifications and prior auths
