Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
