Position Title : Electrical Design Engineer
As an Electrical Design Engineer , you will develop electrical power conversion products for aircraft critical systems and cabin applications. You'll engage in the entire product lifecycle , from concept and design to testing, certification, and field application. This role requires expertise in DC-to-AC inverters, DC-to-DC and AC-to-DC converters, AC-AC converters, power regulation for battery systems, and power distribution / control with power ranges from 10W to 600W .
Job Responsibilities :
- Design schematics and direct PCB layouts using PADS
- Research and integrate new components, technologies, and design methods
- Collaborate with layout, mechanical, software, and certification engineers
- Build and troubleshoot hardware , including soldering and test equipment operation
- Develop and execute test procedures to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
- Design and implement manufacturing tools for new products
- Document designs, including BOMs, ECOs, and work instructions
