Description: The Engineering Manger is responsible for providing technical support to customers and engineering expertise to the manufacturing plant to deliver a hydraulic cylinder solutions. The Engineering Manager will generate innovative ideas for new systems and designs, process layouts, estimating, customer service and will be responsible for the general supervision of an engineering team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 3 years of experience in management
- Experience working in SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Mastercam and Edgecam.
- Experience in design and manufacturing of metals preferred.
Job Type: Direct Hire position located in Great Bend, KS.
Shift/Schedule: Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays.
