Key responsibilities include fostering continuous improvement in areas such as Safety, Productivity, Cost Management, Customer Experience, and overall site profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field preferred
- 5 years of progressive manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Strong financial understanding and P&L knowledge
Job Type: Direct Hire - Onsite in Great Bend, KS
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
