Description: The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Repairs, and Marketing team while collaborating with other departments to drive company initiatives forward successfully. This role requires a strong background in aerospace sales and account management, with a focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, and business growth.
Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in Aerospace/Aircraft Account Management or Program Management (highly preferred).

Strong knowledge of aerospace/aircraft products (required).

Account Management/Sales experience (required).

Experience attending aerospace/aircraft trade shows such as NBAA, Oshkosh, and EBACE.

Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least three direct reports, with potential expansion to five as the windows program grows.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, Up to 25% travel
