Pay Rate/Range: $21-$28/hr
Description: Will ensure proper computer operations that enable the customers to accomplish business requirements. This will include the resolution of technology issues reported by individuals in the organization, configuration and maintenance of client side physical and virtual desktops and mobile devices, desktop application installations, documentation, support and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills and treat all internal and external customers with a positive, proactive service orientation. Must be proficient with implementation, administration, maintenance and support of Google Workspace, Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, virtualization technologies such as Citrix Workspace and mobile device platforms in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of basic computer hardware needed.
Must have at least 2 years in client support role within a medium to large environment and at least 2 years of hands on experience with Windows technologies (Active Directory, GPOs, Windows 10, etc). Associates Degree in computer related technology field required and experience working in healthcare preferred.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, there is an on call rotation with 4-6 others in the rotation.
