Pay Rate/Range: $55,000-70,000/yr
Description: Will oversee all aspects of the bank's compliance program to ensure the bank is conducting its business in full compliance with all federal consumer laws and regulations and to the extent applicable any state laws and regulations. Compliance monitoring and completing reports. Collect, analyze, interpret and document information and make recommendations to bank management. Will assist with audits and follow up and will assist with scheduling and conducting compliance training as needed.
Will oversee all aspects of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring that the banks community reinvestment activities are tracked, analyzed and modified as appropriate to ensure at least a satisfactory rating. Will manage relationships with department within the back for collaboration in developing and monitoring performance goals, prepare an annual review and self-assessment of CRA activities.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. 4 years of experience related to compliance with banking laws and regulations including the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) or other related experience. CRCM certification preferred. Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision, have excellent communication skills and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
